The Zone II range is available to rent in four models offering volumes of up to 1600 cfm with pressure ratings up to 10.3 bar (150 psi).
Siamnakaraj Rentals offers Zone II rental units in a range of 400, 750, 1000 and 1600 cfm models with inbuilt aftercoolers. The units are designed and built to Zone II specification, ensuring they are suitable for use in hazardous environments. The range is fully compliant to industry standards for use in offshore environments. Each compressor is fitted as standard with pneumatic starting, cooling fan and controls, a Pyroban exhaust gas cooler (ensuring the surface temperature does not rise above 200°C), a spark arrestor, and an automatic engine overspeed shutdown, to safeguard against the unlikely event of gas ingestion.
Mounted in a protective DNV 2.7-2 or DNV 2.7-1 container or a DNV 2.7-1 certified lifting frame.The Air Compressors are manufactured with forklift pockets and twistlock points, offering greater flexibility for transportation and safe double-stacking for the economy of deck space.Delivered air is after cooled and moisture separated prior to compressor outlet, thus reducing friction loss in delivery lines.
